WELCOME
We are the Rhondda Valley Runners – formed in 1985 by a group of friends from the Rhondda who had a mutual interest in running, some slow, some faster, but the same interest at heart.
We currently have a membership of over 100 runners, which has a range of ages, and abilities.
We are affiliated to the A A W (Athletics Association of Wales) with our club colours for those who race being a red vest with a white “V” on the front and back and white stripe up the sides.
If you would like to join our club, please print out and fill in the membership form below and bring it along to training (see training page for further details)
