It is recommended that you enter any race in advance, even where entry on the day is available, as a lot of races now fill up very quickly, particularly the smaller races.
Some of these races may well clash with others (there are only so many weekends in a year). Please use the links attached to ensure that you enter the correct race.
If any of the above races in any category are cancelled/postponed, we as club will try to offer an alternative in that category-although this cannot be guaranteed
The rules for the club championship are as follows:-
1.Must be fully paid up member & Welsh Athletics registered
2.Club vests must be worn unless running for a charity
3.Must enter races as RVR (not as Rhondda Tri, for a team or as a member of a 2nd claim club)
4 Must enter races as yourself & run as yourself (e.g- no swapping of numbers/entries so that someone runs in your place or you run as someone else if you’ve not initially entered)
