Hi all.
There will be no further club sessions until further notice.
This is in line with Welsh Athletics Guidance who are our governing body.
I know that you will be disappointed BUT please take note that this decision has been taken out of our hands.
We will not support any groups running and any posts regarding this will be removed.

Following on from last years success, Please see the attached information for this years Race Series in aid of our two charities of the year, AP Cymru and 2Wish Upon A Star.......

Everyone will need to complete a registration form (below) and pay for the entry; You can pay by Cash or you can pay via the RVR account but just remember to put your name and race series as reference.

£15 Entry Fee for all 3 Races or £6 per Race

There is a unique race memento for those completing ALL 3 Races.

The races are held on a club night and there WILL NOT BE ALTERNATIVE RUNS ORGANISED... these events are the basis of our fundraising efforts throughout the year so please pledge your support and SIGN UP

As usual, we have invited local running clubs to join us and we are hoping to make these races bigger and better then ever!
